Hi, I’m Mariana, from Brasil! I’ve dreamed about building a life in the U.S. since I first came here as a high school exchange student. Years later, I came back as an au pair - and little by little, that dream became my real life. Along the way, I discovered a lot about myself, met the love of my life, moved across the country, built a career I genuinely love, and created a little family with my wife and our very spoiled pets.

I’ve always considered myself a creative person, even though I don’t think I’ve ever given that side of me as much space as I wanted to. Lately, I’ve been wanting to change that… to make more, try more, explore more, and be more intentional about actually enjoying the life I worked so hard to build.

This little corner of the internet is where I get to share some of that: the things I love, the things I’m trying, the things I’m creating, and all the everyday pieces in between.
